[Q] unable to install with red exclamation sign !! topic

my device is S-On , Hboot 1.57 , Unlocked , 6.09.401.111 , stock recovery , stock ROM

when i try "fastboot oem lock" it gives the following error but it shows as relocked after a reboot. BUT i can not install the lollipp OTA, it stucks with red exclamation sign.

what can be the reason? :(
