[Q] Unable to install OTA update on HtC One m8 topic

Hello,
This is Soham Roy. Bootloader of HTC One m8 is on android 4.4.4, unlocked and S-On. I had a Custom recovery but recently I've installed stock recovery in order to get OTA updates. OTA updates get download on my device by at the time of installation it loads Attachment 3161492 and then get stuck on red triangleAttachment 3161493. Please help me with this.
