[Q] Strange: Battery History shows WiFi is running in backend even turned off. topic

Greetings - It's 12:34 AM in PK

I am running Android 4.4.2.
Battery status shows that my device wifi is always running in backend even turned off.
I have turned all the other options off in Wifi advanced settings too.

I would say thanks if you kindly help me resolving it.
