[Q] Stock Flash Help Please topic

I have been trying to flash this phone back to stock everything for 5 hours im having so much trouble. I have a vzw htc one max hboot 2.46.0000 unlocked soff
I cant seem to get it reverted to stock with s-on locked pleae help me with the most noobie directions links anything. my head hurts on this one.....:eek::eek::eek:
