[Q] Question about screen recording topic

Hi everyone I'm just wondering if anyone is able to help me, my screen recordings are recording background noise and me touching the screen I.E if I have the TV on in the background it records what's being said or if someone is talking in the background it records that too, also everytime I touch my screen its like a huge thud, the screen recording is a great feature but at the minute its a complete nightmare.
