[Q] [Q&A] [NEXUS 5] STOCK recovery topic

Hi guys,

I am having an issue with flashing back the stock recovery image. I already tried a factory reset and re flashing it with the fastboot tool but even without making a reboot i try to run the recovery and all i get is the android picture telling me that there isn't a recovery image. Is there any configuration script messing with this? This started to happen when i made the change from kitkat CarbonRom for Lollipop. I can go around this problem by having a custom ROM with a custom recovery. Nevertheless i would like to understand this, since if i want to flash stock ROM i wont have a recovery image.
