[Q] partition error.. topic

I have a xiaomi redmi note 4g...it is based on snapdragon 400 1.6ghz quad core....
no os is installed by the way
I dont know what happend to my device , whenever I enter into recovery mode in logs it shows

please help ASAP , I want to install a rom but because of these errors I cant do it
