[Q] No service topic

I have tried a reset to stock, and regardless of my ROM (clean flash every time) I cannot receive any bars, after some research I feel I may need a new modem.img or some advice! Was running fine, currently running titan prime 1.1.3 (/64).
I do have an IMEI number and APN shows up but when I go to network operators there is an "error while searching for networks". Have taken SIM out and rebooted.
