[Q] Lollipop OTA Headphones Disconnected topic

Hi guys. I updated my phone to the latest Lollipop OTA update on 2/10/15. Everything is working great, but I get a Headphones Disconnected message that pops up every time I reboot or power off and power on the phone. I don't have any headphone plugged in, and I removed all Bluetooth pairings (and turned off the Bluetooth). Is this a minor bug? Anyone else seeing this?
