[Q] Interesting Question topic

Hi,
I have a moto g ext from consumer cellular, do they push updates?!?!? It is February and I still have not recieved an ota.
Sorry if this is a stupid question!
P.S. If they do not push updates, is there a way to manually do it? I want to keep my bootloader locked btw.
