[Q] How to adjust time when abroad? topic

Hi all, just got back from my hols and I didnt manage to change the time on my SW3 whilst there. I thought that once the time was changed on my phone this would automatically transfer to the watch, however this was not the case. Can anyone advise how to achieve this?
