[Q] Flashed a 5.0 rom and lost my data and can't get it back HELP PLEASE topic

Back when I flashed the international 5.0 rom when g900t could before DOB1 was out I lost my data and it never came back when I flashed the vision x rom 5.0 that made it even worse I think . I just need help please anyone
