[Q] Flash Firmware topic

Hi,

I have a HTC one m8.

I would want to flash Android revolution HD mod via custom recovery.

I have flashed this rom before and the wifi did not work. I have found the firmware needed flashing.

Would I need S OFF to flash the firmware to use the custom rom?

Version main: 4.16.401.10 and CID Num is: HTC__001
