[Q] eBay India covers Nexus 5 warranty ? topic

I've purchased Nexus 5 (16 GB) from eBay (India). I lately opened my eyes and came to know that Nexus 5 I've got from ebay will not cover under warrenty. is that true ? :crying: :rolleyes: :eek:

Is there any thing I can do to get it covered under warranty ? like, by paying few more extra bucks ?
Is there any link to verify the warranty status of my Nexus 5 ?
