[Q] dev host help topic

I completely noodled my att note 2. Right now it's stuck on the Samsung Note II boot screen and I think I found the answer to my problem here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2596256

HOWEVER, I can't for the life of me figure out how to download the file from dev host. It keeps redirecting me to some 1 MB exe file. Here is the screen I'm seeing: http://i.imgur.com/Hkw4STR.png

Would someone please help me by explaining how to download the file from this website? FML :(
