[Q] CyanogenMod on Nexus 7 topic

Is it possible to install CyanogenMod on my Nexus 7 2013(Android Lollipop 5.0.2)? I tried with the installer but I keep getting the "Unsupported Firmware", so would it be possible to do it manually?
