[Q] Choise of ROM topic

I have a Sony Xperia Sola. After an update to ICS, via pc companion,it has a lot of bugs.
I want to flash a new rom. Maybe the previous stock rom (GB) or a castom rom (GB,ICS) without bugs.
The use i need is for surfing, facebook, calls, without bugs.

What rom you suggest ?
