[Q] Big problem and no pc to solve it topic

I have Xperia z and i been using Existen Rom and i wanted to change to 5.0 Rom
So i flashed Candyrom and it is working ok , i wanted to update the version of my current Rom and booted in recovery , the recovery i have is CM recovery which don't flash zip or backup or restore :rolleyes: so rebooted my phone open settings and developer option to enable root and i did enable it but there is no root access , and i don't have any pc near my at the moment , can i change my recovery or gain root access without pc and fastboot another recovery ? , hope you can help me :o
