[Q] Atrix HD stuck in bootloop topic

My Atrix HD is stuck in a bootloop after connecting a bluetooth device. I am trying to retrieve media files (pics) and text messages from the device. Is this possible? Any help is appreciated. The soft reset button on the rear of the device does nothing.
