Problem with SuperSU! topic

I just tried to root my device and after all the stuff of unlocking boot loader and all. When I flashed the custom recovery it worked for the first time and then it all returned to the stock one. Also I flashed SuperSU.zip file but it is not working and showing m n error (screenshot attached). I am new to this so please help me through this. Attachment 3186047
