Porting ROMS (N4 to N3) topic

Hi guys, in my forum, I have seen that many people has ported TouchWiz ROMS from Note 4 or S5 to note 3. Can anyone of you who has experience guide me on how to port TouchWiz ROMs from Note 4 or S5 to Note 3? Thanks!
