My Motorola support experience
Something weird started happening with my phone’s battery. Tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. Called Motorola support for help. Within 30-40 minutes, they sent me a brand new replacement phone, aka advance exchange. I was very satisfied with the quality of support and the immediate response. One unfortunate thing about the support is the lack individuals who speak at least decent English. Half the stuff the techs, there were 2 different techs, I could not understand and they couldn’t understand me either. Other than that, I was happy with the overall support.
