Is this the end, of our N7000?? topic

Hi All,

Has our old clunky chunky device, known affectionately to us as... N7000 or more friendlier by Galaxy Note.

As mentioned previously, support for our aging device seems to be drying up to an almost non-existent drip, as previously mentioned here... http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...1#post56401521

Thankfully, we still have the wonderful Bauner, and (forgotten the guys name... but will look it up, for Resurrection Remix) but other than that, it seems all other developers, and all other groups who made roms for our device, have given up on us now... Not seen any new updated KitKats, or Lollipops for a long long time...

Does this mean the end to our device, or (despite the amazing work, ONE GUY has done so far) that if CyanogenMod or Omni officially support us again, some where far far down the road (in Narnia) that our devices, will once again gain the attention and love they so need....

Sure, our devices are old now compared to other kit... But wasnt this the joy of Android, that its so open and adaptable... Heck, I have a old ZTE Blade (2009) and that still gets some KitKat love now and again...

I know it all depends on whether a maintainer still owns the device, and of course the time it takes... But is this normal for a new Android OS, and that to get official support takes time... Or have we been dropped off, left alone, tossed to the corner of the road, to make way for new devices??

Many thanks, Lister
