HTC One Developer/Unlocked Edition 2.5.2015 topic

I wonder if this new HTC download will run correctly on my s-0ff Verizon M7:

It's their new Lollipop for Developer edition phones. Wanted an xda expert to say if it will run on a Verizon M7. Thanks.....
