How to unlock bootloader in note 2 N7100 topic

My device : note 2 N7100 international (stock kitkat)

I am interested in installing dn4 rom... i have rooted and installed TWRP recovery. . . How to unlock bootloader? and also guide me, if anything else needed to install custom rom.
