How i can install stock rom to HTC Desire SV topic

I tried this method : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...60&postcount=5 but doesn't work.
This file .rar and i can't install it in recovery mod. I convert it to zip and then gives that error: " Installation aborted. " when installing. Help me please :S . I've peptic ulcer and now my stomach hurts a lot.
