*help please* galaxy s dues 2 stock on boot after flashing with erase all checked topic

Hello XDA I just tried flashing a stock firmware on my galaxy s dues 2 gts 7582 and I checked the nand erase all option by mistake and now the device is stuck on the Samsung logo please help me what should I do?
