Headphone Jack topic

Has anyone had their jack repaired by Verizon? My phone works without any issues and my jack works for the most part but even the slightest tug on the cord and it slides out a bit and I have to reach down and push it back it. More annoying than anything else, but wanted to see if this can be fixed or if they would replace phone as I want to avoid that.
