Google Nexus 5 Camera & Photo stalibizer issue topic

Hello

I have a strange behavior when I try to take pictures or record a video either using the google app or third party apps.
After a few secondes the camera makes a small sound and the image moves quickly from the right to the left
It seems like an image stablisation issue.

Do I need to send the phone for a repair?
