G900IDVU1ANK1 Upgrade on Towelrooted device topic

Hello

I'm currently on 4.4.2 G900IDVU1ANE1 and would like to do an upgrade to G900IDVU1ANK1 (Not gonna worry about 5.0)
I already have Towelroot / SuperSU and Mobile ODIN Pro installed however I realise I will probably lose these on upgrade.
I should also mention my KNOX is 0x0 and if possible I'd like to keep it that way.

I have read posts on this before, just wanting to confirm a correct method to do it.
I'm guessing it's going to be something like flashing MK1, re-flashing the NE1 Kernel to reinstall Towelroot / SuperSU, then reflash the NK1 Kernel.

Would I obviously do this with Mobile ODIN Pro and with the standard ODIN?
