Fix Phone topic

hi guys. my friend has galaxy s4 i9500. recently she dropped her phone and brought it to Technician. he repiared it, but home button has problem and also he changed whole system. i tried to install lolipop official firmware with odin but it cant open nor download mode nor recovery. phone is totaly Disordered. i dont know whats with it. someone plz help me. i need just to access download mode and ill install the firmware but problem is i cant access download mode. it cant open any program. ill post screenshots a bit later because im not att home yet. thaanks in advance and sorry for bad english :D:D:D
