cheap chinese tablet TWD_MID topic

yes i have one of thouse white 9 inch cheap chinese tablets the TWD_MID allwinner a13 ones and last year all of the sudden it stoped working when i turn it on it does nouthing a touch the screen to unlokc it and it does nouthing it also displays no internet conection on it when i turn it on please help me fix my tablet if you could point me in the right direction to download all of the software for it to make it run again i would aperiacte it :eek::cyclops::mad::(
