Can't upload pic on instagram! topic

I have had the problem to.upload pic on instagram! I have
reinstalled the app twice on my
Galaxy y and have switched my
phone off numerous times. I can
like, unlike, get an updated
newsfeed but keep getting a
'failed' when uploading
photos. Please help.
I am on stock rom!
