Can I flash other country stock rom over my SM-N900P (Sprint Note 3) topic

I have a Sprint Galaxy Note 3, Model : SM-N900P. But I am living in Malaysia, I am suspecting the different CSC will not allow me to connect to my 4G network (I am sure I am within the 4G coverage area, and my SIM card is 4G enabled) My current CSC is XAS, My region CSC should be XME.

I downloaded the Malaysia Stock ROM "N9005XXUGNI4_N9005OLBGNL1_N9005XXUGNL1_HOME.tar.m d5" and tried flashing it via Odin but failed. Odin tells Security check failed.
Can anyone advise how can I flashing the Malaysia Stock ROM into my Sprint Note 3, or if this is possible technically?
