can't copy a rom in twrp topic

i had a proplem with my phone. recent i flashed cloudy g3 2.1 and then NavBarL_CloudyG3, now phone tell me that setting stopped working i made a system formate from twrp mode and now it doesn't open and stopped in lg openning window.
now, the proplem is that i can't copy the rom again to the phone in twrp mode :(( .
any one can help me of this proplem?
