Battery trolling me. Please check -_- topic

From past days my battery have been trolling me. The phone would just shut down anytime and when starts it have only around 5% battery. Also, I can't use my phone, I would just browse the internet the phone won't run more than an hour. I thought my battery got teared so I replaced it with a brand new one but no luck. Changed many ROM's it didn't helped. Please help
