Backup - s note and scrapbook topic

I'm thinking about using keep, and start using samsung's native apps (s note, scrapbook..) because of the pen.

What are the best ways to backup those apps if I'm not interested in samsung account sync?

S note - I understood that the best way is to simply backup the snote data folder.

Scrapbook - it is actually very nice for saving various links...
How can I backup it??
I didn't find any folder, and I understood that backing up with TB also doesn't help (I don't have root yet but I will...).

Any ideas?
