Att xt1097 gallery issue topic

I'm having an issue where my gallery only shows pictures taken by camera. I can't navigate to either downloaded or screenshots. In root explorer the folders exist along with the pictures. I've cleared data on gallery app, rebooted the phone but still no go. It works fine though when i tried attaching this screen. All locations showed (downloads pictures and screens).
