Any port for the old PC games? topic

hi .. so I was wondering if there's any port for C&C Red Alert 2 .. or Yuri's Revenge .. I've googled about it .. but there's only a way to play the Red Alert 1 .. but I don't know why it can't port the 2 .. it was running perfect on a 512mb Ram PC .. and my Nexus 5 which is 2 GB can't handle it! .. can someone explain it to me? thanks.
